You can redeem your Ticket via the Art Basel Ticket Shop by following the steps below:

1. Go to the online ticket shop
2. Enter the personal code you received in your invitation at the bottom of the shop
3. Once you entered your code, click ‘Redeem’
4. Once the code has been redeemed, you will see ‘Day Ticket with promotion code‘ for CHF 0.00
5. If you have bought an Art Basel ticket before and remember your login, click on ‘Log in to your account’. Otherwise you can choose to ‘Create a user account’ or ‘Proceed as a guest’.
6. After entering your email address, you will be asked to enter your personal data and the digital ticket will be sent to you by email.
7. Choose the day on which you want to visit Art Basel (Your ticket is only valid on the selected day).
8. After finishing the order process and checking your order summary the digital tickets are sent to you by email.
